      Pros

      Although a larger company, Necracker prides itself on it's entrepreneurial spirit and culture. There isn't a lot of "red tape" or lines to the top which fosters a climate of growth from within. No matter the level you start, the company has shown over the years that through hard work and dedication, your career will grow tremendously. What ever path you find yourself interested in.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and agile company - with an entrepreneurial spirit. Due to it's global services business - Netcracker can sometimes feel like a continuous changing environment. Which may not be suitable for all.
