Cons

1. Hire and fire culture, Your job will always be under threat. 2. Old technology, Worst company to join for java developer. Mostly support work, Each and every day you have to extend work hours that too for non technical work, No coding work at all. 3. No any facilities provided cab service etc, Company planning to do Work From Office policy for 5 days and 9 hours in Ofc policy 4. No regular hikes or promotion, Nobody knows when you will receive increment (Manager also dont know)

Pros

If you are someone who likes to change companies regularly and chase higher packages, this place can actually help — because even if they release you suddenly, you’ll get time and an opportunity to grab a better offer quickly.

Cons

• They use joining bonuses and retention agreements to keep employees locked in. • However, they can suddenly release employees without proper justification — even those with good ratings or strong performance. • There is no clear bench policy, which creates insecurity for employees. • During my resignation, I requested a 30% hike, and they initially agreed to 20%, but later backed out and said even 20% was not possible. • Despite having a 5/5 performance rating and receiving multiple awards, they released me suddenly without honoring the notice period.
