While hiring they will make big promises then slowly but surely you'll find out they don't intend to keep on those promises - if you need the job make sure everything they promise is in the contract subject to objective measurements - anything subjective they'll make sure you loose. When negotiating on sales make sure you ask for at least a 20% markup on what you are expecting as their sales goles are set for you to never achieve more than 80% of the target. Leadership is a close group of friends who lack the faintest idea on how to lead or grow an organization. Engineering is mostly based out of russia and are paranoid about what they are doing so you mostly work blindfolded and need to assume too much. lastly there are no 2 systems alike as they don't standarize or reuse previous work and documentation is poor.
