One of the worse organization I been a part of

Pros

There are some still a lot of talented and good people left from the IM organization.

Cons

-Low pay, shoddy management. You will get no respect for management no matter how hard you work, when the time comes you will be kicked to the curb. -No Room For Advancement -Low-tech, ex: the UI scheme of the NetCracker Front End system is childish at best. And you call this a tech company?

Pros

Lots of travel. Lots of work independence.

Cons

As a seasoned professional, working for a 10 year old company that continues to operate in start-up mode is a major disappointment. No long term strategy, no plan and no future vision. NetCracker takes a swarm approach to delivery -- throw every available body at the customer and apply unbelievable pressure to delivery something....just something.
