      1) Will get chance to work with latest technology 2) Salary hike is very good 3) Appraisal process is simple and practical.

      Cons

      1) Politics. I think Politics is present in every company. Its your capability to overcome these issue and grow. 2) Little bit Russian dominant company. With my personal experience I can say that Russians are more logical than Indian.
