      Worst company for freshers. Work is not at all good.

      Pros

      I can only think of one that is flexibility is at its peak.

      Cons

      No good work only repetitive work on the training they provide you after joining. Work on existing products and Netcracker frameworks. Russians do most of the development work. Support, customisation work given to indians. Java is the only technology stack most work on and that too rarely used by developer. Most of the work is configuration related. Food is not good.
