Salary is good. For me distance is close by

1. You mostly work on Netcracker framework, which is not well documented and you have to rely on other ppl for help 2. No work life balance. The general expectation is that you work for more than 8 hours. Managers are only convinced about your work if you can work at office and again log in from home and slog. 3. Most managers are from subex and don't treat their subordinates well 4. Lacks product company ethics and facilities 5. No good food in cafeteria 6. Micro management 7. Russians treat Indian employees really bad

The people! I also like the fact that the company is growing so quickly that there are a lot of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

I can't think of any. I'm glad to finally work at a company were hard work is actually appreciated and rewarded accordingly.
