Best company if you don't want to learn any work, just fake it and make it.

Cons

A lot of politics is seen here especially during promotion time because a lot of employees have been from subex and at lead levels but have no market relevant technology except netcracker framework which has absolutely no value in the market so They can fall to any limits just for money as they have lost their careers. Some projects have pathetic work and demotivating team mates who are constantly demeaning in order to appear critical and knowledgeable. But they are just surviving. Managers speak to their colleagues as labors ... People are so into making money and fake impression that there is no basics corporate ethics or humanity. The office is full of sadists and emotionally unstable employees
