      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, terrific team to work with, many interesting and challenging projects, opportunity to visit many different cities and countries. Very good compensation and benefits, but the company expects you to work hard to earn it.

      Cons

      For some positions career growth options are very limited, seems more like a dead end. Lack of trainings, a lot of "self-training" is required. Difficult to maintain work-life balance, working extra hours or nights/weekends is often required (however to be honest the company is flexible if some personal things need to be done during business hours as well)

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn about IT space opportunity to travel included in high level meetings which is great experience to have close knit group fun to work with expected to be very flexible with work and travel, but very fair in being flexible and understanding in return.

      Cons

      At this point I do not have any cons for the company, while there are areas that could be considered to be cons they greatly compensate. For example the for mentioned flexible travel schedule is met with friendly management who is very understanding.

      Pros

      Because of constant growth company provides a lot of opportunities. You can get very valuable experience and learn from the best people in the industry, both co-workers and customers. Despite the size, company's culture is still very entrepreneurial, result oriented and open.

      Cons

      People who get used to work in a company with very well defined structure, process and roles will find it hard to work in NetCracker, because company values only end result.
