      Pros

      Travel opportunities are good, people are friendly, salary is not bad, work/life balance is ok for me. Medical insurance is ok as well.

      Cons

      Complicated and very slow bureaucracy system inside the company. IT rules getting worse day by day . Uncertain career perspectives. Office in Samara is big and inconvenient open space: windows can't be open, conditioning system is not good enough etc.

      Pros

      Wonderful, smart, innovative and creative coworkers. Forward thinking work atmosphere with interesting and engaging work. Good benefits and office perks for employees, like a parking garage, free tea and coffee, well-lit and spacious work areas. I am very happy working here.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say. I would recommend it to everyone looking to work here.
