No flexibility in working hours. No on-sites and recognition for hard working people. No awards and rewards given unless you are pet to manager. Here the so called higher management is dumb and ask you to do the impossible things to implement in the project. Appraisal is another worst thing. They will not even consider the feedback given from clients. They will fix one rating to employee working under him and blindly with out considering feedback they will give rating, though you work hard, it doesn't matter to them. Worst politics ever seen. No current Technologies they will use. They will use some age old technologies and behave like it is the rocket science that they only know. Here they means higher management and employees who is working there from very long time.

Management views people in impersonally and does not value new or different ideas. Employees are treated like soldiers, especially by the Russian Managers. Experience is not valued. Experienced people in North America were continually let go simply because their salaries were five times higher than jobs in India and Russia. All of this was done despite very good performance And having experienced employees that were much more productive van less experienced counterparts who were hired in India or Russia often.
