      It is a fast growing company

      Cons

      Human Resource department is completely unaware of real employee demands. Company is not customer focused. Just care about their own incomes and profits without focusing on having a clear and long-term relationship with their customers. Company does not listen to customers expectations or requirements. Company does not have any training path or induction program for new employees. It is hard to know or realize company clear Vision or Mission. Compensations and benefits are just minimal and just "in-line" to law requirements for each country.
