Client Side(On Site) opportunity. Package for freshers is very good. hike percentage is good compare to other companies. work life balance can be expected from some projects depending upon client. Telecom domain idea can be improved end to end

Cons

Job security is not there. once in a year they fire some employees. Hike is not timely. Technology is specifically to netcracker.may not be useful outside. Some projects are very hectic. Management is in total control of Russians. Communication between manager and employee is rare or negligible. Mostly you will work on XMLs ,some Netcracker specific tools and framework. Working on these will make you loose your primary skills. Mostly Support projects . Now they have made changes to hike policy. so low hike expectation.
