      High level of workmates education. Friendly atmosphere and corporate culture. Travel opportunities. Ability to work part-time for students. Corporate training.

      Cons

      Employees involvement in the projects can be increased. Some special technologies should be developed and used in order to decrease project's overheads. This approach will allow to achieve higher delivery benchmarks.
