      Pros

      Good work place, pleasant coworkers, good salary. Overall, it is a worthwhile place to work. The location is fine, though being more centrally located might be nice.

      Cons

      Difficult processes when doing work for purchases, implementing practices. A lot of red tape. Communications problems usually stemming from language barriers (I think) between our international offices.
