      You will always have work to do; that’s the best thing about the company.

      Cons

      Hire-and-fire culture. No regular or predictable salary hikes (can go 1–2+ years without increment). Lack of transparency from management. No clear appraisal or performance review process. Hike decisions controlled externally (Russian management) with unclear criteria. Poor communication from HR and management. Unresponsive HR team. Lack of ethics and employee consideration. the work environment is toxic.
