      Pros

      Ability to travel on-site from CIS-based offices. They try to raise professionals from very beginning so it is relatively simple to start career here as junior developer or intern.

      Cons

      Salaries are below average, bureaucracy, the company's pro for newcomers (lower threshold) becomes disadvantage for experienced and passionate developers, that might seek their future here — too much of low quality things to deal with.

      Great travel opportunities, as well as expenses. Ability to have a hands on experience right away. Dedicated coworkers.

      Cons

      Very narrow minded and do not deal well with change or different opinions. Poor transfer of knowledge and organization.
