NetCracker’s management rules but doesn't manage
Pros
For a young technician, who just graduated it is a good place to start and to gain first professional life experience.
Cons
NetCracker’s management rules but does not manage. Its ruling is intensely individualistic, spontaneous, unpredictable and to a certain degree chaotic. The company’s success is based on the degree of mistrust and fear which the ruler commands, and his skills in dealing with the individual employee. The company’s senior management has the same mistrust towards its own customers, which makes it difficult to build a long term healthy relationship with the customers. For experienced professionals, who want to contribute their experience and expertise to the success of the company it is definitely the wrong place to be in as there is no clear direction in either in People, Product or Customer Management.
