      Pros

      - a lot of opportunities for people who like to work close to business - ability to change professional orientation - ability to work with people form different places - experience on huge projects

      Cons

      - a lot of overtimes (really to much) - always under staffed projects - not good Compensation package

      Pros

      A lot of different people ready to share their work and life expierence. Wide range of activities - you may choose specialization you like, and even change it later. If you don't like your boss/manager/lead, you may ask to transfer to some other department.

      Cons

      You need to learn how to say no. But if you are happy to have a good manager, it's not a problem.
