Doesn't matter if you beginner or experienced employee, if you really know what you want and you know what is responsibility, NetCracker will find a challenge for you.       there are a friendly team, an exciting projects and business trips, convenient location, health insurance, free tea, coffee and cookies

      Cons

      low salaries in comparison with the main competitors. extremely low pay for business trip. Sometimes you have to pay own money for a normal life on the site. Pro-russian management who hates the westernization and Europeanisation and slows down all the positive processes.
