Zero clarity on your role. No projects. No transparency from management about the projects, team, process etc. Never felt like a part of team till i was there. They will ask you to go through n number of useless trainings for infinite time till you get project. Indian managers are there for sake and don't have any decision powers, However whenever they will talk to you, they will treat you like their labour. Everything is decided by Russian managers. You will be fired anytime if not cleared the Project interview. Which is again conducted by Russian managers. No innovative work since the framework is already in place and you will get to work on bug fixes or small features only. The list is too long but we can summaries the experience as a NIGHTMARE in short

No quality work at all, monotonous and just related to their own disastrous framework. Worst higher and middle management, Russians will ruin your career and life as well. Lots of micro-managment at every level. Their technical managers doesn't even understand language basics lol uncertain future for career growth as they don't have a sound plan to convert India as development center. Fake promises about career growth, onsite opportunities and quality work.
