Pros
1) Challenging Tasks. 2) Good Hardworking Team and Good Colleague's (in my case). 3) Learning is Enormous. 4) Work-life balance is good. 5) Insurance plans for Family's are good.
Cons
1) No Encouragement for Hardwork 2) No Recognition 3) No Extra-curricular activities encouragement inside teams.(I feel most of the present activities are women related(Sandwitch making, rangoli, Dandiya) except cricket (cricket for women too). 4) No encouragement for CSR 5) Employee's leaving becuase of no encouragement. 6) Few things employees will hate including me - No one want to hear to Arnab Goswami 365 days in TV in cafeteria. Atleast we would like to have some fun during lunch time. No Crciket match telecast even when India in semifinals of the World Cup. (No wonder if employee's use their desktop to stream cricket match, then it served your purpose ?)
