      Good OSS/BSS product. A lot of projects in different regions, so possibility to learn many use cases.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was non-existent and appeared to be of no concern to the company. Carrier opportunities are limited to management ladder only, not for technical ladder.

      - young teammates - low entree requirements - good even if you only graduated

      Cons

      - salary is always lower that competitors - workload could be really enormous - no one cares about you as a person - you are only piece of resource

      People try to be friendly, you can learn a lot in telecom if you want to. Business trips all over the world.

      Cons

      Too many documentation routine work, lots of commitments, office spaces in St Petersburg and Moscow are dull and not comfortable. Medium salaries, no big perks. You have lots of managers to commit your work.
