      NetCracker has a great work environment and support system from fellow colleagues. The company is fast paced, giving you the opportunity to get involved with many different things and broaden your experience in the workforce.

      Cons

      Since the company works at such a fast pace and is growing tremendously you have to be able to multitask and work with tight deadlines.

      Fast Paced and entrepreneurial environment! There will be plenty of opportunities to take on additional projects and move up within the organization for those who work hard and are driven. Very results driven organization full of intelligent employees. Great company if you are interested in travel and working with/in countries around the world.

      Work / life balance can be a challenge.
