1. They force you to work on their useless tool and hire me as web developer. 2. No body has knowledge on product to share. 3. No good work. 4. Worst senior management 5. No job security. 6. No policy 7. No change of role. 8. First company I found which has so silent no discussion of work. 9. No development project. 10. Double manager system.

Netcracker is a truly global company. The amount of exposure you get here within an year would be equivalent to atleast 3 years at any other place. You might have 5 people working in the team with all 5 located in different countries. The managers are extremely helpful and provide constructive feedback. Though very few in India know about the company, it is a global leader in BSS & OSS domain with more than 5000 employees across the globe.

Cons

The support teams can be a pain. IT, admin, and HR included. Hikes though good are almost always delayed, atleast by 3 months. Communication can be better with the employees.
