- One of the best reasons to work here is projects all around the world. Great opportunity to travel and work with different people. - Company's reputation is outstanding. - Company is not stading in one place but tries different technologies (f.e.SDN/NFV) - Flexible work time - You definitely will face very smart and dedicated people. - HR Department tries their very best in creating a comfortable place to work.

Cons

- Sometimes it's hard to keep your personal life separated from a work life. - Compensation is medium if you look at other companies but given the location of offices it is above market. - Not definied what you have to do for a promotion. - Not a lot of resources involved in developing internal products.

- team - almost all of my colleagues are so awesome people, glad to meet them, nice to work with them - international business trips - speaks for itself - career growth - it depends on you whether you want to grow as a specialist or not, Netcracker gives you an opportunity - huge amount of trainings, with variety of types - quite useful thing in terms of developers growth

Cons

- salary usually depends on concrete locations. well known standard practice, nevertheless the sad ones (actual for distributed teams - same responsibilites, different money benefits) - some problems with life/work balance from time to time - big amount of work can be exhaustive sometimes

Pros

Firstly, it's a wonderful people who work in the company. Ambitious, enthusiastic and smart guys. Secondly, it's an opportunity to travel around the world. Business trips to Europe, Asia and America are given the chance to get into the most remote corners of the world. And thirdly, it's a good opportunity to improve English skills through communication with Indian colleagues and customers.

Cons

One of the main problems is work overload. Work occupies a large part of life. So it's important to be able to control this problem. There are also the following problems: - English course is only two years; - Uncomfortable furniture (chairs, desks, etc); - There is no shower room (for cyclists).
