      Pros

      - Great company to work with. Enormous opportunities if you are willing to take challenges. - The mantra is growth, growth and growth..which is very good. - Sales model is excellent and is helping the company to grow multifold. - The focus on new markets and new technologies like NFV/SDN, Cloud is giving good results.

      Cons

      - Sometime, fair treatment of employees is missing due to not having common policies. It could be intentional so that high performers and/or people playing critical roles can be taken care easily. But sometime, identifying and high lighting such people contribution purely depends on their immediate managers/supervisors.

      Netcracker has a matrix hierarchy which gives you the advantage to meet and work with diverse kind of employees along the way.

      Cons

      Matrix hierarchy is not running up clear, which sometimes makes a hard time for employees to promote their self or any self need.
