Pros
Netcracker has seen incredible growth these past few years. There is key recognition for employees but it really depends on you to ensure that have the visibility. Having a strong directorship and one who recognizes key performers is helpful. There is work life balance but it depends on how well you manage your time and having good management in place to allow for this. While there is a growth, the company still feels like a start up. The upside is there are so many opportunities both from career and travel.
Cons
Often during this growth period, you may not have the support that you need to get the work done. That's when you'll need to put in the extra effort.
