HR will give dreams of quarterly hikes, which is not true. Rather the appraisal process is so pathetic, no one knows what's happening. HR here needs to be given some training on the same. Almost 1.5 years here, and no hikes. LMs also will not be transparent around the same. Make sure you don't consider this quarterly hike joke during salary negotiations.

Worst organization,I have ever seen, No feedback mechanisim, No performance appraisal mechanisim. Worst senior leadership in India offices who just be managed by CIS and they don't have any stake to perform & authority. Performance in project means real stupid work performed again and again without any value-add or making stupid work first without any though and later do correction, this is just a work to fool client and getting more CR's that's it. Worst work culture, Worst HR processes, rather no HR processes. No one in the oragnization is safe being worst culture everyone looks with fear and overall worst organization. Just because of war hirirng happened in bunch and they do firing as well in lot and consistent for the people for whom feedback from CIS is bad, no retrospective, Indian HR and Leadership are worst, just follow desccion making from CIS, project allocation is also in the hands of CIS, here manager are literally for the name sake and salary sake.. Lot of insecurity and pure hire and fire company
