      I work here at NetCracker more than five years, here in NetCracker the working environment is great, we work in order to always achieve the objectives and attendee our customer expectations, always with great enthusiasm. NetCracker is a company that is growing a lot and always keeps a clear and objective communication with your employees .

      NetCracker has a great work environment and very positive synergy with the team workers, leading you to have a nice work experience. The company is fast paced, giving you the opportunity to get involved with many different projects and gives us a large experience in the workforce.

      Cons

      Some of the same things that make the company fun to work for may also be seen as cons by some. Due to the rapid growth, policies and procedures needs to be improved. There is some changes going on, but will continue to be a work in progress for some time.
