      Pros

      Fast paced, fast growing environment. Challenges and opportunities for everybody. Get exposed to various cultures and travel around the globe.

      Cons

      No processes in place for training/evaluating/growing the employees: get them, use them, change them. No defined career track beyond the HR welcome interview. Uneven medical care coverage depending on country, usually absent. Uneven policy for overtime, usually ignored.

      Pros

      -- People at lower level will have a lot of opportunities to learn technical as well organisational workings. -- Get to learn one the oldest and most famous products (biggest competitor is AMDOCS). -- Have a lot products across many technologies.

      Cons

      -- People at middle level just as the messengers. -- Many of the people in the management have no idea of what should be done. -- Worse center in terms of infrastructure as per industry structure. -- Dont have good retaining policies.
