      Positive and friendly environment. Flexible working hours Opportunity for development (a lot of internal trainings) Interesting projects

      Cons

      Some projects are badly organised. The pay is rather average Equipment given to employees is quite modest - not the biggest issue though

      Hikes in 2 digits Management is good Telecom Domain knowledge you can gain Lot of onsite opportunities No Variable Pay Good events throughout the year work from home facsility

      Cons

      Occasionally lay off (once in a yea) but only for those 5-10 employees who are way below the expectation. You will also feel they should not be there. No as such cons.
