      Pros

      Sales team is active and trying to get new business. Support of transitioning more work to India and that helps to do more work and involve in challenging work. Getting opportunties to travel more. Continuing the same employment. located in the home state.

      Cons

      More control centric and lot of things are transperant. Leadership is lacking at the center and lot of confusion who calls the shots- whether HR or center head or the group director. Company has become less employee friendly after the transition.

      1. Little too much stringent on cost control 2. Too much orientation towards only one location and believing in only leadership from that location 3. Reactive approach. Lets fix when it breaks kind of work culture 4. No transparency in policies

      NetCracker is a extremely fast growing company which offers to its employee outstanding opportunities both for carrier and professional skills growth. As a software vendor NetCracker has a leading position in its market niche. So from future proof perspective it can be interesting for all categories of potential employees from junior developers to solution architects and project managers.

      Cons

      Company fast growth means constant hardworking of its employees. Sometime you want to slow down and take a breath but you cannot.
