In NetCracker, you run as fast as you can. The company run faster anyway. The most important skill is to develop the role, to learn how to do the staff in the right way and - immediately - teach your team members on that. Every single year here brings new products, new services, more customer names, new countries, new offices. The only limit are your imagination, talents and capabilities.
Cons
In NetCracker, you (by yourself!) must be very good in time management and your own priorities. It is very important to keep right mixture of commitments and goals, leaving some time for your life. Most people are unprepared for that, assuming it is required for independent entrepreneur and not required for employee. That is not true in NetCracker.
