Pros

There is always something new everyday in NetCracker: new clients, new sloutions, new requirements, new peolpe to work with. Your knowledge, eperience and professional expertise grows day by day. There are no career deadlocks, the management is very flexible if you decide to take up something new. And there is a great team spirit within the Company.

Cons

Too much work. Often you have to work long hours. The salary package could be higher.
