      Flexible work environment, open and friendly culture, great opportunities for rather fast career and professional development, employees work all over the world, having equal opportunities not depending on their location

      The company has very dynamic environment that can become a challenge for some employees who used to work in more relaxed conditions:)

      Pros

      Why do I recommend NetCracker to my friends? Obviously, the reason is that it’s a good place to work. I feel here like in a big family. I know that all my achievements will be recognized by the company (promotion or bonus). One of the main values is a result and it’s not only on paper. People do here real things, real projects and passion about their job (otherwise nobody wouldn’t stay with the company for 9 years or longer). In other words the company provides wide opportunities for self-actualization and creates environment there every employee feels that he or she brings value not only for the company but for customers and society as well.

      I still cannot find them :)

      Pros

      Great environment and work culture. Open door culture & friendly atmosphere to excel and show case your talent. Provides enough opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Need to deliver the best always to remain in the top league. Performance is rated more than experience. So seniors sometimes might feel let down.
