      Pros

      Netcracker is a highly customer focussed organization and it currently has capabilities to provide solutions across the entire BSS/OSS stack. This basically opens up opportunities for Netcracker to get more customers , correspondingly increase in the revenues and hopefully the end margins as well in the long run.

      Cons

      Flat structure with career growth opportunities being limited. Leadership Trainings are non existent. Not sure how succession planning occurs.

This is coupled with incredibly talented and dedicated employees that thrive in an environment which empowers all to harness their inner entrepreneurial spirit. This company provides endless opportunities for those who want to grow.

      Cons

      NetCracker is a very fast paced and dynamic organisation that encourages employees to take on greater accountability and with this comes greater responsibility and expectations. Employees must be willing to put in 100% if they want to be noticed and rewarded. With opportunities come challenges that need to be solved.

      Pros

      Sales team is active and trying to get new business. Support of transitioning more work to India and that helps to do more work and involve in challenging work. Getting opportunties to travel more. Continuing the same employment. located in the home state.

      Cons

      More control centric and lot of things are transperant. Leadership is lacking at the center and lot of confusion who calls the shots- whether HR or center head or the group director. Company has become less employee friendly after the transition.
