NetCracker is a company that challenges each and every employee to do their best and continue to learn and grow. During my time at NetCracker (5+ years), the company has experienced exponential growth. There aren’t many companies who are growing at the rate which NetCracker is and it is exciting to be a part of not only that growth but the team behind it. I have had the opportunity to work with people from across the globe as well as to travel to some places that I would otherwise have never been able to see. If you are willing to work hard, the opportunities for personal and career growth are endless.

Thoughts and ideas that you provide to improve performance are given consideration and often times implemented if appropriate. The organization is results oriented with a tight knit group of hard working employees that drive together towards a common end goal. Currently, NetCracker is attracting a tremendous amount of top talent in the industry to capitalize on market opportunities- of the remaining organizations leftover in the OSS/BSS space after several mergers and acquisitions, it has the most upside and momentum in the marketplace.
