      1. Very respected solution provider in the OSS/BSS space 2. Hard work and out-of-box thinking are recognized and rewarded 3. Employee friendly environment 4. Relaxed dress code (jeans allowed) 5. No attendance monitoring system 6. Involved in several CSR initiatives 7. Transparent appraisal process 8. Periodic feedback mechanism 9. Parental insurance premium available at much lower price than available in the market. Covers pre-existing diseases.

      Cons

      1. Cafeteria can be better 2. Campus recruitment drive should start early during the academic year 3. Parental insurance premium is not paid by the company 4. Family insurance coverage is only Rs 250,000/- with no top-up option.

      This company is a great place to work for people looking for exposure in BSS/OSS space. There are plenty of opportunities for on-site travels and client interactions. Lot of scope for quick professional growth. This company is a very aggressive competitor. This company is for people who are seriously growth focused. This company is not for people looking for 9-6 job.

      Inconsistent local HR policies. Inexperienced and non technical local leadership. Penny wise pound foolish support services

      Dream company for beginners and great one for mid (5-10 yrs) range experienced ones too.

      Pros

      - Impressive business model of the company - Visionary CEO - You can learn and contribute to world class Telecom (BSS/OSS) products - Once you work here you will be hot cake for services companies TCS/TechM/Wipro/Infosys etc because they are System Integrators for NetCracker's products. - Lot of travel to customer sites - Good work culture - No bench..SO always be engaged on project - Salaries are above the industry average - Importantly..if you are willing to run extra mile..then sky is your play ground.

      Cons

      - Might have to work in shifts based on the need...but all facilities will be provided to the employee.
