      Pros

      There is always opportunity to take on additional projects and responsibility if you a proactive and hardworking individual. Every day is different and presents new challenges. Plenty of exposure to different areas of the organization (through cross-functional projects) and working with employees/offices/customers all over the world is also a plus.

      Constantly changing schedules, takes time to understand organization and adapt to work environment

      Pros

      NetCracker is overall a great place to work. The company is really dynamic and entrepreneurial in spirit. You can see how people in the higher positions have grown within the company, which is a great sign. They also emphasize all of the resources available to both Sales and delivery teams.

      Can be challenging to keep up in the work environment, very fast-paced

      Pros

      Initial claims by new management that nothing would change for a period of time were valid - there were not immediate layoffs after the purchase of Convergys' IM business by Netcracker.

      Cons

      Netcracker bought Convergys' IM business in May 2012. Most of Netcracker development resources are located in Russia; significant Convergys IM resources are located in India. The writing was on the wall for all US-based development staff; RIFs started in late 2012 and continue to this day.
