      Unlimited opportunities to learn, grow, advance and challenge yourself. NetCracker has a unique culture for such a large company. Employees efforts are visible to senior management and are quickly recognized with enhanced compensation and increased responsibilities.

      Cons

      On the other hand this culture is not for everyone. NetCracker is not a place to "coast". If you enjoy a 9-5 environment where you do more or less the same thing every day, NetCracker is not for you.
