      Pros

      This company makes a wonderful experience, and interesting work in which you want to come. It is possible to go on business trips around the world, that's a plus. I like people who work with me. This is one of the advantages of the company.

      Cons

      The office is located far away from my home. This is the only drawback, which upsets me. In general, I do not see any drawbacks.

      Pros

      - If you're willing to work hard and if you really care about the company's business - it definitely pays off and you get a very good monetary compensation and recognition of your work. - Management proactively recognizes and rewards employee's contribution to the company's success. - A lot of smart, competent and dedicated people in the company who are pleasure to work and be friends with. - Career opportunities in different departments - Company delivers real and tangible value to its customers. It's very rewarding to see positive results of your work. - Reasonable balance of routine and creative tasks. - Opportunities to make business trips/travel abroad for those who likes that.

      Cons

      The only downside is that sometimes in order to meet deadlines you have to work long hours which is not always good for work/life balance. Perhaps this is a downside applicable to a lot of IT companies nowadays, not just NetCracker.

      Exciting, challenging and friendly work environment. Incredibly flexible work hours.Great career opportunities. Smart and brilliant people to work with. The culture fosters trust and respect. Enough room and opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Competetive white salary and compensation package. Pretty good perks and bonuses.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming, if you are not good at your personal time management.
