      Good company for stundent who just start their working path.

      Pros

      Possibility to combine studying in University and work and company, flexible working hours, possibility for remote work, posiibility of business trips.

      Cons

      Little use of modern IT technologies, poor customer communication process and senior management-employee communication and feedback. Unclear career path, lack of tutor possibilities

      Pros

      Best reason is an ability to work with the largest telecom companies in the world. There are many opportunities to travel and to work on-site for months. The company was bought in 2008 by NEC.

      Cons

      The company policy is to hire students. So, the products are being made by under-qualified stuff mostly. Thus, you have to deal with all related downsides.
