      One of the Worst company in India

      Good HR Dept Free cab service

      1. work/life balances 2. NO technical exposure 3. Difficult to survive, Because they are working on Netcracker own f/w and some stupid senior members. 4. They don't have much project and they are required for expected project. 5. Proper infrastructure not available. 6. worst food in cafeteria 7. Senior's are not helpful, BTW they also don't have much knowledge on NC f/w. So they stated politics to survive .

      Very Bad company for Development profile

      Flexible working hours manual timesheet fill 8hr a day

      Cons

      1.No work on any technology only supports work for everyone, manager and architect and developers and freshers do that same work. 2. Bad HR Management 3. Managers are too bad. 4. Only show off of work. 5. Developer will hardly get a chance to open Eclipse or any other tool in months
