      While hiring they offer good package and attractive benefits

      Cons

      Once joined they forget about your benefits, growth etc. No increment, no bonus, no promotion. Every time you ask for these, manager will say we will see in next quarter but that quarter never comes. They are slowly removing the benefits suchh as free food, free transportation, WFH etc. No feedback review process. They say at the time of joining that they can give increment or bonus any time of the year but basically they want to say "never".

      Yes, you read it right. This company should be renamed as firecracker as they are very much interested in firing people. They are so cheap that as soon as their project/purpose is finished, they look forward to fire the employees. Without a hint of some empathy. They don't even have a lottle bandwidth to accommodate a loyal employee until a new project is assigned. I think Mafias also would not behave with such cruelty with their henchmen. HR is just like a bull. They will nod their head to anything that is proposed by the tech teams. Please do not waste your time in this company. You don't grow technically, professonally or in any aspect whatsoever. Don't fall a prey to the lucrative salaries they may offer. Remember, your greed may get satisfied but the consequences are horrible later. Giving 1 rating because no rating below that is available.

      no new projects, all the work is monotonous, no growth opportunities, no choice to work on things you like, no choice to reject work you don't like, even if you reject the work you will be working on it forcefully, a lot of work, favoritism to the core
