It hasn't been a day felt satisfied with work or work culture. Work is generally supporting the existing GUI framework forget about coding work. Everyday you will face criticism and negatively from your collegues who are ex subex employees they have forgotten humanity , constantly emotionally harassing the new joniees in the project within months you will feel depression. There is no teamwork rather it more of a show business. Russian nc control most of the work and a lot intense micro management , they assume that employees lives at office. No proper division of work. You also will get threats on poor performance by managers who also happen to be subex employees. 70 percent of the employees are unhappy with work and environmental. NC Bangalore will rate very poor in terms of employees happiness and job satisfaction. Subex employees also do not share the coding knowledge because they are at a risk of losing job and fear to be substituted by less experienced guy. Despite the fact that testing process is pathetic for the small code fixes they need ( framework is already build , intentionally poor documentation), you are advised not to share coding knowledge to others for the same reason. Better to join Hyderabad or Pune then Bangalore as you will be tired of Bangalore ofc politics

1.Micromanagement 2.Indian managers are for name sake. Everything is controlled by the Russian management only. We as an individual contributors have no say at all. 3.Work culture is not employee friendly. 4.There is no good team building.
