      1. Time flexibility 2. Work life balance 3. Above average salary

      1. Office politics by long tenure employees. 2. Each year they will fire 5-10% employee and hire new employee. 3. Managers will save their friends from firing by firing newly joined employee. 4. No technical growth 5. Mostly work on product maintenance of Legacy product. 6. All new projects are moved to Russian teams and india team is working on only maintenance.

      I had gotten a really great manager, so talented. Good technology. Was working in the angular framework. I have seen great talents in this company. I would say above average to good yearly hikes. Good table tennis enjoyment. Awesome yearly party. 3 months once team lunch so fun

      Cons

      Worked under the worst architect in my life, who had no knowledge or people leading capabilities, luckily for me manager was a charm
