Pros

Package No Minimum hours

Cons

1. No good java work. The complex part is done by Russian developers and the fixes are thrown on your face. 2. I know so many java developers who never created a single class file after they joining. 3. Learning about product. No Manager, no lead helps you with this as half of them don't know and half of them will be busy in the calls. 4. Manager should devote 30 mins of his time every day to the team under him, not just having day long calls and give show off like they are expert in everything.

Pros

Really huge potential, vast market, well-known customers, business trips all around the world (this doesn't mean you ever take one though), pretty friendly atmosphere. You have a big chance to meet a real pro among the others and learn anything you were lack on from him. Anyway, such people usually don't take too long at such a place.

Cons

Too much of politics, which in most of the cases is absolutely redundant or far-fetched (for some reason, Russian managers are tend to look for a conspiracy even if the latter doesn't really exist). Lack of trust, as well as internal communication (manager with its subordinates). Thus, employees are not that motivated and valued as it is declared by senior management once a year (on a corporate party). Regular management is generally weak and often incompetent. As a result, company resources are often allocated and spent very ineffectively as they could be. Finally, workplaces are not that comfortable as they should be (poor furniture, especially chairs used). The business center itself causes a lot of troubles from time to time (like electrical outages, plumbing and even communication to the outer world, which is very critical for IT-company).

Pros

- team - almost all of my colleagues are so awesome people, glad to meet them, nice to work with them - international business trips - speaks for itself - career growth - it depends on you whether you want to grow as a specialist or not, Netcracker gives you an opportunity - huge amount of trainings, with variety of types - quite useful thing in terms of developers growth

Cons

- salary usually depends on concrete locations. well known standard practice, nevertheless the sad ones (actual for distributed teams - same responsibilites, different money benefits) - some problems with life/work balance from time to time - big amount of work can be exhaustive sometimes
