Senior who have product knowledge treat young like slaves. Poor Management. No good benefits No specified process for assigning work Most of the time managers judge people Give 1 to 100 ranks to the people and fire the people who fall with in the ranks 90 to 100. No specified reasons. If management don't like they remove them.
