1.Good learning experience 2. Not great salary but good
Cons
Too many 1.Micromanagement 2.People at top think they are god 3.Favouritism 4.Too much work pressure 5.Client are too short on budget. The estimates given are way too less and if you cant do within that the project manager starts yelling. The very next moment you will be fired. Its like a videogame, you can only do 3 mistakes after that you are fired 6.No one gives a damn about your work life balance. Do or die Told you already they treat resources with no respect at all. They expect you to learn in a week and perform like a pro.
